Fabrics: Updated!

These are my most current fabrics available. For solids I have dark pink, grey thermal, light purple, light pink, aqua, navy, orange, purple, and green. And for prints there is a  pink flannel with black/white crowns and hearts and a white knit with orange, dark pink, brown dots.
**Fabrics are first come first serve, while I have enough fabric to make 2 slings of most fabrics, its possible the one you pick may not be available at that time.

Flannel

Another adorable sling for a customer.  This one was made on flannel, the yellow with bright asian style flowers.  It is backed with aqua.  I usually use a cotton/polyester blended fabric to allow some stretch, but I love the way this flannel turned out.  Plus, it comes in so many cute patterns!

Reversible

Here is a sling custom made for one of my customers.  It is reversible with brown on one side and white with brown/pink/orange dots on the other.

My first Sling

This is my first sling.  I made one for myself and an identical one for my sister who is due about 2 1/2 weeks after me.  We are both having boys but this sling is grey on one side, black/white/grey floral on the other.  Just because you are having a boy, doesn't mean mom needs to dress like one too.

What is snuggle monkeys?

Snuggle monkeys are a brand of baby carriers, amongst other random craft items, I make and sell.  When I found out I was pregnant with baby #3,  I went searching for a way to do things different this time around and make things easier.  I found some name brand slings that were very pricey.  I realized I can make those myself.  I liked them so much for myself and to use as gifts, I decided, hey I might be able to sell those if anyone is interested.  And at a much cheaper price then what you would buy in the store.  So the first snuggle monkey was born as the sling.  I believe you should be able to hold and snuggle your little monkey all day if you chose, and still be able to have use of your hands.
